CONDITIONS OF SALE interest of 1 1/2% per month will be charged on unpaid balances over 30 days. There is a minimum order amount of $100.00 per shipment. A ten percent (10%) restocking charge will be levied on all orders prepared for shipment and canceled or not picked up. In the event it is necessary to institute suit for collection, buyer agrees to pay all reasonable costs and attorney's fees incurred.

CLAIMS
Shipments become the property of the purchaser when the carrier accepts the shipment. Accuracy of the plant count is the responsibility of the carrier while the truck is being loaded. As such, items missing from shipment, yet indicated on the bill of lading, are the responsibility of the carrier. our responsibility ceases when the carrier accepts the shipment. All claims must be made immediately, within 48 hours, upon receipt of the stock. All plant materials will remain the property of Exotic Botanicals, Inc. until the account is paid in full.

WARRANTY
Exotic Botanicals, Inc. warrants to the extent of the purchase price only that all nursery stock is sold true and as described within recognized trade tolerances. Exotic Botanicals, Inc. gives no other warranty, expressed or implied, and will in no way be liable for more than the invoice value at time of purchase.

EXPORT CERTIFICATES
A fee of $15.00 will be charged for Canadian export stickers and a fee of $40.00 will, be charged for all overseas Phytosanitary Export Certificates.
